"Pam and Brooke were very professional and with their guidance we were able to complete the sale of our home. I would certainly use them again should the need arise."
"Pam was a delight to work with. She managed the process with efficiency and grace. We will most assuredly recommend Pam to everyone! I now count her as a friend."
"Terrific. Very professional agent. Excellent follow through in all aspects of the purchase including negotiation and closing. helpful post close as well. Highly recommend her."
"Pam is absolutely fantastic. She knows Cordillera with a depth that only a resident can, and quickly sought to understand our needs. She is infinitely patient, gently guiding her clients to the best decision. I would recommend working with her--and her partner Brooke--to anyone looking for a home in the Vail valley."
"We have used Pam for both buying and selling our homes and had excellent experiences with all transactions. She will most delightfully exceed your expectations."
"Pam helped me purchase my first and second house in the Vail Valley. She is also in the process of helping me sell the first house so I have had experience with her on both the buying and selling end of the business. Pam is professional, knowledgable and very personable. For our second house my wife and I laid out what we were looking for. Pam and her assistant, Brooke, did all of the research and culling to come up with a short list that met our desires. We toured the "finalists" in one solid work day. It was obvious that Pam and Brooke spent considerable time considering our desires and brought the search down to a very manageable set of options. From ONE day of looking we quickly narrowed the search down to one candidate that met our needs and was a match to our location, price point and environmental preferences. Pam helped us with the negotiations and we arrived at an acceptable purchase price within a few days. The purchase of our second house was TOTALLY professional and we are very happy with the outcome of our search and the home we are now living in."
"We have known PHK for 17 years from the time she helped us buy our home to the work we are doing with her now as she markets our home. Pam is the consummate professional. Always well dressed, she knows her markets better than any other broker we have met. She prepares meticulously and is always frank with her clients about what to expect and what the reality of the marketplace really is. Pam is a person of integrity; she would never do anything that would reflect badly on her clients, her firm, or herself. You can trust PHK to work hard for you, be creative in her marketing approaches, and to have your best interests at heart. It is a pleasure to recommend her."
"Pam is one of those rare brokers who truly adds value and places client service above all else. Her unparalleled knowledge and skill set are only surpassed by her patient and caring personality. She is the ultimate professional."
